Trendy Tulip ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and place orders, and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules.
What we collect
- Order details: name, mobile number, alternate number, email (optional) and delivery address.
- Communication: messages you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Device data: basic analytics such as pages visited and device type, if analytics tools are enabled.
- Stored on your device: your bag, wishlist and saved address are kept in your browser's local storage so they're there next time.
We do not collect card, UPI or bank details for orders because all orders are Cash on Delivery. If you request a refund, we collect only the bank/UPI details needed to send it.
How we use it
- To confirm, ship and deliver your orders and handle exchanges/refunds.
- To contact you about your order by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- To send offers, only if you subscribe — you can unsubscribe any time.
- To prevent fraudulent or fake orders.
Sharing
We share your name, phone number and address with courier partners only to deliver your order. We may use service providers (for example website hosting, messaging or analytics) who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep order records as long as needed for delivery, exchanges, accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to support@trendytulip.in.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's local storage for the bag, wishlist and saved address. If we add analytics or advertising tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), they may set cookies; we will update this policy when we do.
