Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere in India?
Yes. We deliver across India and every order is Cash on Delivery — you pay in cash when the parcel reaches your door. A handful of very remote pincodes may not be serviceable by our courier partners; you can check yours on any product page.
Do I need to pay anything in advance?
No. There is no advance payment. After you place an order our team calls or WhatsApps you to confirm the details, and you pay the full amount to the delivery partner.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 4–7 working days. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas can take a little longer.
What if the size doesn't fit?
You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery as long as the tags are intact and the kurti is unworn and unwashed. See our Return & Exchange policy for details.
How do I choose my size?
Use our size guide — women's styles come in XXS up to 10XL (the range depends on the style), and girls' kurta sets come in sizes from 6 months to 16 years. If you're between two sizes, pick the larger one.
Is there a delivery charge?
No. Delivery is free on every order across India, with no minimum order value.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel any time before it is shipped — just reply to our confirmation call/WhatsApp or contact us. Once shipped, please refuse only if necessary; repeated refusals may restrict future COD orders.
Do you offer returns for a refund?
Because every order is Cash on Delivery, we offer size and product exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, we'll replace it or arrange a refund to your bank account/UPI — see the Return & Exchange policy.
Will the colour look exactly like the picture?
We try to show colours accurately, but screens vary, so slight differences are possible.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order ID and mobile number. We also send the courier tracking link once the parcel is shipped.
